In order to provide the best user experience, our goal is to ship and deliver as quickly as possible.All items sold by EVOEVS are guaranteed to arrive within 25 business days and most items are received within 5 to 10 business days.

In order to offer the best price-per-unit ratio, we ship from separate warehouses in the US and China.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding special holidays (except for out-of-stock customized items).

If your address belongs to a remote area, an additional remote area fee will be charged. (Our customer service staff will contact you to pay the small shipping fee for remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).

In most cases, it is not possible to ship military addresses such as APO/FPO, and commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT cannot ship APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

For certain EU countries, we may choose to ship through certain duty-free channels. The declared value of a shipment may be less than the actual value.

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS as carriers and require a customer signature for delivery. Shipping methods vary by product type.

If the shipment cannot be found at your delivery location after signing for it, we will not be able to replace or refund your payment and you will be responsible for the shipment once it is verified to have been delivered to your address.

We are not responsible for goods that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts by the carrier.
