While we are committed to providing high quality products and services, we understand that in some cases you may need to return an item or request a refund. This agreement details our refund policy and process and is designed to protect your consumer rights.

Eligibility for Refunds

 Merchandise unused and in good condition: If you receive an unused item in good condition, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

 Damaged or incorrect merchandise: If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, whenever you discover it, notify us immediately and request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Personalized Merchandise: For customized or personalized merchandise, no refunds will be issued unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund application process

 Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via INBOX or email with your order number and reason for refund.
Provide Proof: You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the condition of the item.

 Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return address and any necessary return instructions. Please ensure that the item is fully packaged with all original tags and accessories attached.

 Refund Processing: Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the return and confirm the condition of the item. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Notes on Special Circumstances

 Shipping cost: For returns not caused by product problems, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost. And there will be a 5% handling fee for Paypal payment and Shopify's platform handling fee. For returns caused by product problems, the shipping fee will be borne by Evoevs.
